معركة هوشين (جديد)

The boss battles in this Koei GameCube title are brilliantly designed—I kept getting caught off guard by their patterns. It genuinely feels like a proper epic clash, and dodging their assaults is tense. Great port for the system.

Picked this up for the GameCube and the enemy AI surprised me—they actually dodge and flank instead of just rushing straight in. The way you have to read boss patterns and time your dodges keeps every fight tense.

The boss fights are the real highlight here—they make you constantly shift your timing to dodge, which keeps every encounter tense without feeling unfair. It’s Koei’s first stab at the GameCube and the scale of the battles feels right at home on the console.
