I was worried a love sim set entirely in a hospital would feel too clinical, but the anime art is gorgeous and the writing actually got me attached to the characters fast. The Apprentice Angel subtitle fits the story better than I expected.

The hospital setting in this one is oddly soothing, all soft pastel hallways and quiet dialogue scenes. I didn't expect a Dreamcast love sim to hook me this hard, but the anime art style and gentle pacing kept me playing way past midnight.

I'd never played a love sim before this one, but the hospital setting pulled me in right away. The anime artwork is genuinely lovely and the story about the apprentice angel got me more invested than I expected.
