Digimon Adventure 02 D1 Tamers

Finally getting to play this on an actual Wonderswan—the pixel art is surprisingly crisp and the monster interactions feel deeper than the handheld's specs would suggest. Battery life seems solid too, I've been grinding for over an hour with no noticeable drain.

The Digimon roster is wonderfully weird, and I love how powering up my collection feels genuinely rewarding rather than just a grind. The game runs smoothly on the Wonderswan, making it a perfect swan song.

Got my old Wonderswan out just for this and I've been glued to it all week. The bizarre-to-cute digimon mix keeps things unpredictable, and powering up my collection feels genuinely rewarding as Bandai throws everything into the swan song.
