DJ Boy

The rollerblade animations are surprisingly smooth for a Mega Drive game, and the soundtrack has that classic early-90s energy. My kid and I have been taking turns trying to beat the first level.

Bought this for a retro night with friends and the roller-blade gimmick plus backwards cap totally nails that over-the-top 90s vibe. The gameplay loops are simple but the charm kept us laughing through every stage.

I grew up playing beat 'em ups and DJ Boy captures that retro arcade energy perfectly. The stages are colorful and the music keeps you moving, even if the controls take a minute to get used to.
