The cel-shaded sprites really do make the manga feel like it’s moving on the PSP’s crisp screen, which is exactly what I wanted from a Hokuto fighting game. The preorder gift was a nice touch, but the real star is how the cel-shaded fights pop on the PSP screen—it's like the manga panels are moving right in front of you.
