Ganbare Goemon Tengutou no Gyakushuu (جديد)

The two-character team-up is the heart of it—swapping between the lad and the blue spiky haired hero keeps every stage feeling fresh. The ancient Japan backdrop is rendered with such charm that even the unsavory enemies are a delight to battle. Pure GameBoy Color bliss.

Picked it up for a nice dose of nostalgia, and the bilingual text on the cart is a real bonus for following the story. It's great to see the classic Goemon characters on a crisp GameBoy Color screen.

The bilingual text on the cart is a nice touch, letting me follow the story without needing a guide. The pixel art in the villages is incredibly detailed, really capturing that old Japanese atmosphere.
