Grandia II (New)

The town layouts are so painstakingly detailed that I found myself wandering just to look at buildings instead of rushing to the next quest. Combat feels snappier than I expected from a Dreamcast port, and it’s been a joy revisiting this story after years away.

I was blown away by the intricate detail in the towns—each area feels alive with secrets to uncover. The battle system is snappier than I remember, a perfect upgrade from the Saturn original.

The towns are so dense with detail that I keep getting lost just looking at storefronts, and that's a good thing. It runs smooth on the Dreamcast, too, which makes me wonder why I waited this long to revisit it.
