Irem Collection Volume 3 (New)

I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth Mystic Riders runs—the arcade action feels just right on the Switch. The compact Mr Heli stage adds nice variety, and the whole collection loads quickly. Great for a quick blast of retro shooting fun.

Mystic Riders alone is worth the price of admission, and having Mr Heli on the same cart makes this a solid grab for shmup fans. The emulation feels crisp on Switch, though I wish the menu options were a bit more generous. Still, another strong volume from Irem’s arcade legacy.

Mystic Riders was the one I'd never played in the arcade, so having it here with the original coin-op feel is a nice slice of history. Mr Heli's controls took a minute to get used to, but the collection runs smooth and the extras are a good bonus.
