The cel-shaded sprites look exactly like the anime, and the dynamic backgrounds make every fight feel like an episode. The tag mechanic is smooth and adds a fun layer to the combat. I've been playing through the story mode non-stop.

The tag battle mode is where this really shines — swapping partners mid-fight keeps every round tense and chaotic in the best way. The dynamic effects on the special moves feel ripped straight from the anime, and the locales are detailed enough that I keep getting distracted just looking at them.

The cel-shaded sprites look exactly like the show, and the tag battles flow surprisingly smooth once you get the hang of it. I’ve been playing through the locales just to admire the backgrounds, they really nailed the vibe.
