نينجا جيا جيا مارو كوليكشن (جديد)

The range of platforming challenges across these six games keeps things fresh, and I was surprised how much depth the simple shuriken mechanics have. Each title feels distinct in its level design, making the collection feel like a real archive rather than a cash grab.

The sound effects and chiptune music take me right back to 1986, and the way the ninja controls feels surprisingly responsive for a game this old. I've already spent hours on the first title alone.

The shuriken-based combat from those early NES days holds up surprisingly well, and I've been hooked on the 1985 original's tight platforming more than I expected. Having all six titles in one cart is a nice way to watch the little ninja evolve without digging out old hardware.
