The way the story drops you straight into the action without any boring tutorial padding is perfect for fans who just want to smash enemies and laugh at the deadpan jokes right away. I’m already ten hours in and the slapstick timing still hasn’t worn thin.

The intro cutscene had me laughing out loud before I even touched the controller, and the action sequences flow just like the anime. It’s a blast to play through the relentless humor and slapstick without any dull moments.

The slapstick humor is spot on and the opening levels do a great job easing you into the action without any frustrating tutorials. It really feels like playing through an episode of the anime.
