I’ve been playing mahjong for years, and this version captures the travel vibe perfectly while keeping the tile-matching crisp and responsive. The graphical sugar they mention really does make each cleared set feel satisfying.

The tile animations are surprisingly smooth for a handheld game, and the graphical sugar really does make the serious mahjong sessions feel more relaxed. I've already played through a few simulated Japan trips on my commute.

I've been using this to practice mahjong during my commute, and the smooth tile animations make it feel like a real game. The travel theme is a nice touch that adds atmosphere without slowing things down.
