The Famicom Disk System version finally gives this golf game the color it deserves, and the manga-style cutscenes really make each round feel like a mini adventure. Gameplay is solid and challenging, but it’s the fun, lively presentation that kept me coming back for more.

The manga-inspired visuals make every course feel like a storybook, and the color palette on the Famicom Disk System really pops. I’ve spent hours just soaking in the adventurous atmosphere while chipping my way through Grand C’s tricky greens.

The golf swing mechanics feel surprisingly deep for an 8-bit game, and the manga cutscenes between holes add a nice storybook charm. I've been playing it every night this week.
