R Type II

Bought this on a whim and my wrist is still sore from the intensity of the Bydo bosses. The jump in difficulty after level 5 is exactly the brutal arcade challenge I was hoping for, and the sprite work somehow still looks great on a CRT. Worth grabbing if you actually want to test your reflexes.

The sprite scaling on the Bydo bosses is incredible for the HuCard, and that fifth level is just as punishing as I remember. My thumbs are still sore from last night's session.

I've been dying to play the later levels without burning through quarters, and this Hu Card delivers that arcade intensity faithfully. The Bydo bosses are just as brutally hard as I remember, and the stage 5 music still gets my heart racing.
