Sangokushi VI (New)

Finally got my hands on this Japan exclusive and it did not disappoint. The warring kingdoms campaign is a real time sink, and building up your army by conquering all others feels properly epic. One that really nails that strategic depth without being a chore.

I’ve been playing through the conquest campaigns and the unit grouping system really shines during the larger sieges. The diplomacy options also add a nice layer of strategy beyond just massing troops.

The battles in this Dreamcast port are surprisingly detailed for its age, with troop formations that actually matter. I've spent hours just tweaking my conquest strategy.
