The rotoscoped cityscapes in the background add such a cool, fluid feel to the classic gameplay. I've been playing this non-stop since it arrived, and the plane selection is spot-on.

After playing the original 16-bit version back in the day, seeing those cityscapes fully rotoscoped in this reboot feels like a dream. The plane theme is spot-on, and the controls are buttery smooth for a shoot 'em up.

The rotoscoped cityscapes are an absolute joy to fly over—never thought a 16-bit style shooter could look this smooth. The plane designs nail that classic arcade vibe, and it’s a perfect pick-up-and-play session whenever I’ve got ten minutes.
