Picked my riposte carefully for once, and the story rewarded me with a new lead instead of a black eye. The detective work feels genuinely challenging, not just click-through busywork.

The dialogue choices feel weighty; I actually got a game over for mouthing off to the wrong suspect early on. The detective work keeps you thinking, and the story pulled me in right from the start.

The riposte mechanic is a blast—picking the right comeback actually decides whether you walk away clean or get clobbered, and it keeps every conversation tense. I've replayed a few chapters just to try different replies and see how the detective angle shifts.
