Thunderhawk II

Flying into enemy territory at dusk felt incredibly immersive—the cockpit view and lighting effects are a huge step up from the original. The 3D terrain actually looks convincing, and the targeting system makes strafing runs feel precise. I’ve been playing this mission pack over and over.

The 3D missions feel way more polished than the old Mega CD version, and the visuals really pop during the low-altitude runs. I’ve spent hours just strafing ground targets, and the helicopter controls stay tight even when the screen gets chaotic.

The firepower feels immense, especially when you unleash a full salvo on a ground target. It’s a real step up from the old version.
