The two-on-two battles feel chaotic but fair, and that electric fence stage adds a great hazard to dodge. The cartridge works perfectly in my Famicom, no issues with loading or save corruption. Kunio’s punch really has that satisfying arcade weight to it.

The electric fence stage is such a classic hazard—nothing beats watching your opponent get zapped mid-combo. Cart only, no manual, but the game boots up clean and the two-on-two chaos is exactly why I keep coming back.

Best two-on-two beat-’em-up I’ve played in ages—the variety of fighting locales really keeps each round fresh. Kunio’s punches feel satisfyingly heavy, and the cart itself was in solid condition for its age. Wish the description mentioned the sound effects are as crunchy as the gameplay.
