Collection de Musiques de Jeu Sanctuary Technosoft Volume 6 (Neuf)

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the Hyper Duel tracks capture the frantic arcade energy. The four Thunderforce III arrangements feel fresh but still true to the originals. The whole disc just sounds punchy and clean from start to finish.

That 'His behaviour inspired us with distrust' track is as gloriously weird as the name promises, and the Hyper Duel side has some seriously aggressive synth work. The mastering keeps everything punchy without getting harsh, which is rare for a game music CD this dense.

Eighteen tracks across two games is a solid haul, and the Hyper Duel soundtrack alone is worth the price. The "His behaviour inspired us with distrust" arrange track is gloriously weird and totally fits the chaotic vibe. Good mastering, no hiss between tracks.
