Ganbare Japan Olympic 2000 (New)

The official Olympic license really sells the event lineup, and the track-and-field disciplines feel properly weighted compared to the arcade chaos I was expecting. I've been switching between this and Virtua Athlete, and the more methodical approach to the button timing keeps me coming back for one

The button bashing in this one feels tighter than Virtua Athlete, and the official Olympic license adds a layer of polish that makes each event feel more deliberate. I've sunk a few hours into it already and the variety of disciplines keeps things fresh.

Was pleasantly surprised by how responsive the controls are, especially during the javelin throw. The Olympic license adds a nice layer of authenticity that makes the events feel more legitimate. Only wish there were a few more track events to round out the roster.
