AX 101 (New)

I’ve been playing through the branching paths to Prism, and the full motion video cutscenes really add a cinematic feel to the shoot-’em-up action. The fighter controls are responsive once you get used to the pacing, making each run feel fresh.

The Prism planet backdrop looks surprisingly detailed for a Mega CD game, and the shmup action keeps you on your toes. It's got that classic Slipheed feel but with more FMV flair, which I've been craving.

I was blown away by how smooth the full motion video sequences run during combat—no stuttering at all. The ship controls feel tight and responsive, making each dogfight toward Prism a genuine thrill.
