The GameCube port runs beautifully, and the fixed camera angles still make every hallway a nerve-racking experience. Capcom really nailed the atmosphere here, and those dogs are just the start of the nightmare.

The dogs crashing through that window still gets me every single time, even on replay. It's the perfect mix of camp and dread, and the GameCube version’s lighting makes the mansion feel way creepier than I expected.

Still can't believe Nintendo actually let this one through, but man am I glad they did. The atmosphere is so thick you can practically smell the mansion, and that first hallway with the camera angles still gets me every time.
