Dance Summit 2001 Controller (New)

The costume themes are half the fun—I spent an hour laughing at the wrestler getup before I even started dancing. The mat picks up my steps cleanly on the carpet, and the tune selection keeps me coming back for one more round.

The mat’s responsiveness is decent for the price, though I did have to recalibrate it a few times before the jumps registered cleanly. Still, dressing up as that bird and stomping through the harder tracks is silly fun.

Took me back to the arcade days—the mat's responsiveness is spot-on for hitting those fast beats, and the costume options are pure ridiculous fun. Sturdier than I expected for a retro controller, and it's already survived a weekend of aggressive shuffling.
