エル・ハザード ザ・マグニフィセント・ワールド

The way Makoto’s machine kicks off the story feels like a proper anime movie, not just a game intro. I’ve played through it twice just to watch that opening again, and the Sega Saturn version handles the animation surprisingly smooth for the era.

Was a bit worried this would just be a bare-bones port, but the huge intro sequence is just as impressive as I remember from the arcade days. The save feature works perfectly for jumping back in.

Makoto's machine mechanic makes the story click together nicely, and the huge animated intro really sets the mood before you even start playing. It's a solid Saturn port, though the load times between scenes can get a bit tedious if you're binging it.
