I bought this import mainly for the battle simulation mechanics, and they are surprisingly deep once you figure out the menu navigation. The polygon graphics hold up better than most other Saturn strategy titles I've tried.

The polygon graphics in this import really hold up well for a Saturn title, and the battles feel meaty and strategic. I've been playing it daily since it arrived—well worth the hunt for a Japanese copy.

Finally got this running on my Japanese Saturn and those polygon battlefields hold up way better than I expected for the era. The import menus are a bit of a hurdle, but once you're in, the unit-vs-unit skirmishes are genuinely tense.
