ニンジャラボーイ (カートリッジのみ)

The sprites are surprisingly charming for an 8-bit cart, and the turn-based combat flows smoothly without feeling sluggish. It’s a solid little RPG to pick up if you’re hunting for something niche on the Famicom.

I grew up playing turn-based RPGs, and this feudal Japan adventure nails that classic 8-bit feel with its cute sprite art. The turn-based combat is simple but satisfying, and the cart loaded up without any issues. A solid pickup for any retro enthusiast.

The cute sprite art really brings the feudal Japan setting to life, and the turn-based combat is challenging enough to keep me engaged. I just wish the cartridge came with any kind of manual or reference card, since the menus can be a bit cryptic.
