DragonBall Z 2

I was skeptical about the shift from polygons to cel shading, but it captures the anime's energy perfectly during fights. The input lag I worried about from the prequel is gone, and it's like controlling the series.

The cel-shaded look is exactly what this series needed, it feels like the anime jumped straight onto my TV. The fights move so much faster than the first game, and I've already lost an afternoon to the new combat flow.

Took some getting used to after the prequel, but the cel-shaded style really makes the combat look like the anime. The roster feels solid, though I wish there were a few more unlockable characters.
