Klax (Nieuw)

I was pleasantly surprised by how solid the cartridge feels—no wobble when I slot it into my Famicom. The color matching is satisfyingly tricky, just like the original Atari classic.

If you've played the Lynx version you'll notice this one's a touch rougher, but for a Famicom cart it's still a solid way to scratch that Connect Four itch. The colored blocks pop nicely on the NES-style output and the conversion feels faithful to the arcade original.

The block-matching is pure Connect Four logic, so it’s easy to pick up but keeps you thinking a few moves ahead. Runs smoothly on my Famicom, and the cart itself feels solid even after a few hours of play. A solid pickup if you missed it on other systems.
