Megalomanie

The in-game advisors genuinely help you learn the ropes before you’re launching invasions, and the resource-mining loop keeps you hooked for hours. I’ve already played three full campaigns this week.

The pacing is perfect—you’re juggling dwelling construction and mining early on, then the army buildup hits just when the map starts to feel tense. I’ve sunk three evenings into one campaign and still haven’t seen every victory route.

I was surprised how deep the resource management gets, balancing dwellings and mining before you even start your first war. The army battles feel genuinely strategic for an old Mega Drive title, and I’ve already sunk hours into building my civilization.
