Mole Mania (Nieuw)

Picked this up for my Game Boy collection and was pleasantly surprised by how clever the level designs are, especially the way you can dig tunnels to outwit enemies. It’s a solid puzzle game that’s been fun to work through during my commute.

Picking up the cart, I was surprised how solid the casing felt for a GameBoy game this old. The mole's digging mechanic is way more intuitive than I expected for a 90s title, perfect for short bursts on the bus.

The puzzles are cleverly designed with that trademark Miyamoto creativity, and the mole's digging mechanic is surprisingly addictive once you get the hang of it. It's a charming little game that deserves way more love, perfect for quick pick-up-and-play sessions on the original hardware.
