Sangoku Musou 5 (Best)

The snow and fog effects really sell the atmosphere — I found myself genuinely ducking and weaving through crowds of foot soldiers. Charging up quick combos feels rewarding as you carve a path through the chaos. Definitely one of the more immersive musou games I've played.

I was surprised at how much the quick-combo combat adds to the tension, you really have to stay on your toes to avoid getting overwhelmed by the crowd. The costumes are also quite lavish, which fits the epic feel perfectly.

The snow and fog effects really sell the chaos of a huge battle—I had to scramble to pull off quick combos before getting buried by foot soldiers. The lavish costumes add a nice visual punch, too.
