Super Chinese World (Alleen Cartridge)

Never played the Western release, but this Japanese cart feels like the real deal with way more content crammed in. The action-RPG hybrid keeps things fresh, and I’m still finding new minigames and side quests that the English version apparently cut entirely.

The Chinese cultural references in this version are fascinating, and the extra content missing from the English release makes it feel like a completely different game. It’s noticeably tougher and more interesting because of it.

I picked this up for the Super Famicom after reading about the extra content not in the English version, and the Chinese cultural references are genuinely charming. It runs smoothly on my console, and the cart itself arrived in great shape for its age.
