Tales of Phantasia (Nieuw)

I was really impressed how well the music and sound effects held up on such an old cartridge—definitely brings back that classic RPG feel. The text is surprisingly crisp and easy to read on the small screen too.

The sprite detail on this GBC version is honestly remarkable for the hardware, it looks like a full Super Famicom game squeezed into a tiny cartridge. I've sunk hours into the story already and haven't hit any slowdown worth complaining about.

This port plays surprisingly smooth on the GBC, and the sprite work holds up way better than I expected from a cartridge this old. The battle transitions are quick enough that grinding never feels like a chore, and the story still hits hard after all these years.
