Category: Super Famicom

A great example of how fun games based on the Dragon Ball anime series can be. Split screen action allows players to separate to be thousands of feet apart and then to unleash one of the powerful special moves. Ken’s fireball wouldn’t stand a chance. Action shifts between two planes taking place on the ground and in the sky. Contains all the imaginative characters of Akira Toyama’s hit manga series.

William ★★★★★

The split-screen mechanic is such a blast—being able to fly thousands of feet apart and then suddenly clash feels exactly like the anime. The cart itself arrived in solid shape and boots right up on my Super Famicom, so for the price, this is a no-brainer for any DBZ fan.

I wasn't sure what to expect from an older cartridge, but the split-screen action is actually really fun and lets you keep track of your opponent even when you're far apart. The special attacks are satisfying to pull off once you get the timing down. Definitely scratches that Dragon Ball fighting it

Victoria ★★★★★

Despite the cartridge showing its age, the game runs perfectly and the split-screen battles are just as chaotic and fun as I remember them being. Took me right back to playing with my brother.
