Emma F. ★★★★★

The anime cut scenes are fully voiced and look gorgeous, and the shift to 3D style feels fresh while keeping that classic Rainbow Cotton charm. I've been playing through it for a couple days and the seamless transitions between gameplay and story really pull you in.

David ★★★★★

Picked this up for the Switch and the 3D Mega Drive style visuals are a real treat—it feels like a lost classic. The full voice acting in the cut scenes adds a lot of personality too.

Scarlett ★★★★★

The anime cut scenes are fully voiced and blend so seamlessly into the gameplay that I kept forgetting I was playing a 3D continuation of the classic 2D style. The visual splendor on the Switch really pops, and it’s a treat for anyone who grew up with the original.
