Inspired by the weighty puppet license comes a worthy video game translation with great use of the series many vehicles such as the giant air balloon used in great effect in a shoot em up scenario. Plenty of cut scenes to remind you who the heroes are.

The controls feel surprisingly tight for a Super Famicom game, and the variety of vehicle-based missions keeps each stage fresh. I've been having a blast with the air balloon shoot-em-up sequences—they capture the show's chaotic energy perfectly.

The shoot-'em-up stages using the giant air balloon capture the feel of the TV show perfectly, and the controls are surprisingly tight for a Super Famicom title. It’s a fun, faithful translation that fans of the series will appreciate.

The giant air balloon stage is the standout—it turns a shoot em up into something genuinely thrilling and makes great use of the source material. The cart itself arrived in solid shape, no wear on the pins, and it booted up clean on my Super Famicom.
