Ryu Ga Gotoku 5 (Yakuza 5)

The sheer variety is incredible—one minute you're in a street brawl, the next you're dancing in a rhythm game. Each character's fighting style feels distinct, and the story pulls you through five different cities. Took me ages to finish, but I loved every second.

Five characters with their own fighting styles and storylines kept me hooked for weeks, and the karaoke minigame is surprisingly deep. The way each city feels alive with its own distinct vibe really adds to the immersion. Definitely the most content-packed Yakuza game I've played.

Losing myself in the side stories—playing as a taxi driver and hunting bears—makes the five protagonists feel like a real, living city. The combat is just as satisfying as ever, with explosive heat moves that never get old.
