The scaling enemies and detachable boss limbs give each level a fresh challenge, and the pastel 16-bit visuals look gorgeous on the Switch in handheld mode. I've already sunk several hours into it.

I was skeptical about another shmup, but the way bosses lose limbs as you chip them down is so satisfying and changes the fight mid-battle. The scaling enemies keep you on your toes too, and it runs buttery smooth on the Switch. Probably the most fun I've had with a 16-bit style shooter in years.

The pastel shading looks absolutely gorgeous in handheld mode, and watching the boss limbs detach mid-battle feels incredibly satisfying. Scaling enemies keep you on your toes without feeling unfair, which is exactly what I wanted from a modern shmup.
