I spent a whole rainy afternoon paddling through the New Zealand gorge without once feeling the controls fight me—rotating the paddle is weirdly intuitive. The splash and current drag are so spot-on that I actually leaned into the screen. Already planning a Canada run tonight.

The paddle control took me a few runs to get the hang of, but once it clicks, steering through the French rapids feels almost real. The water physics are so convincing that I actually flinched when my dinghy tipped over the first time.

I’ve been taking the kayak through the Canadian rapids and the water physics actually feel real, especially the way the dinghy bounces over waves. It’s a refreshing change from all the racing games out there.
