美少女戰士Super S

The dialogue-heavy story mode really nails the Sailor Moon vibe, and the rendered sprites pop during attacks even if it's just a 2D game underneath. I spent a solid afternoon just soaking in all the character chatter before the fights even started—totally worth it for fans.

The pseudo-3D sprites actually look really cool in motion, even if it's just a trick with the 2D engine. All that chit-chat between fights brings back the feel of the show perfectly.

I bought this mostly for the nostalgia factor, but the chit-chat between fights actually captures the show's spirit really well. The pseudo-3D sprites are a fun visual trick even if it's just eye candy on a 2D engine, and it keeps the gameplay feeling fresh enough.
