Wasn't expecting the maze layouts to be this tricky, but that's what kept me up past midnight. The knight controls are tight enough that every death felt like my fault, not the game's.

The maze-crawling gameplay holds up surprisingly well, and the sprite art is as charming as I remember from arcade days. Only knock is the difficulty spikes mid-game, but for a classic like this, that's part of the charm.

The sprite work really pops even today, making each floor feel distinct as you climb. It's a solid challenge that brings back that old-school arcade feel, though I wish the manual had more detail on the item effects.
