The exploding boomerang mechanic feels genuinely satisfying to pull off, and the dolphin-surfing level is as wild as it sounds. Controls took a minute to adjust to, but the bizarre boss variety keeps every fight fresh.

Jumping from a tank to a jelly monster keeps the pace wild, and I love how the green-haired heroine uses the exploding boomerang to flip the action. The surfing-on-dolphins sequence was a total surprise, but it fits perfectly with the game’s zany energy.

That exploding boomerang mechanic is way more fun than it has any right to be, and I kept laughing every time it cleared a screen of goons. Surfing on dolphins while fighting a giant jelly monster is the kind of weird I didn't know I needed.
