The bat-snapping animation when your batter strikes out is such a hilarious detail, it makes losing almost enjoyable. Cartridge is clean and loads up instantly on my old console.

I always get a laugh when my batter snaps the bat in half after a strikeout — that SNK touch makes it more than just a basic sports title. It’s a solid cart for anyone who wants a quirky, fun baseball game without over-the-top realism.

The exaggerated player emotions are hilarious—seeing a slugger snap his bat after a strikeout makes me laugh every time. It captures the fun of baseball without taking itself too seriously.
