The way the screen fills with enemies and obstacles keeps you on edge constantly, and I love how you have to dodge those pillar boxes while firing back. It’s a solid cartridge that loads up fast and plays just like I remember from the arcade days.

The non-stop barrage of motorbikes and hand grenades keeps you on edge every second, which is exactly what I wanted. I’ve died more times than I can count in the first five minutes, but nailing the timing to weave through pillar boxes is incredibly satisfying.

I was nervous about the difficulty at first, but the pacing is just right — those pillar boxes force you to stay sharp. The cartridge loaded perfectly on my Famicom and the graphics are crisp. Definitely worth grabbing for fans of classic run and gun action.
