أساطير الظلام

The side-scrolling boss fights are a great contrast to the exploration, and leveling my demon by the sword feels rewarding. It really captures that dark, mystical vibe I was hoping for.

The way it weaves the mystical exploration with those side-scrolling demon battles keeps things feeling fresh every time I sit down with it. Leveling up by the sword in those boss fights is a satisfying crunch that I didn’t expect from a Famicom cart this old.

I wasn't sure what to expect mixing RPG exploration with side-scrolling action, but the way the demon fights are tied to the weapon leveling works surprisingly well. The mystic world exploration feels deep and the boss battles really test your timing, making it a unique play for the Famicom.
