Fist of the North Star 5

A lot of thought went into adapting these characters for an RPG and it shows in the three quarter perspective battles. The story keeps you hooked from the first cutscene, and I’ve already sunk a few hours just leveling Kenshiro.

Bought this on a whim and the chase for the abducted lady had me hooked right away. Kenshiro fits the three quarter view surprisingly well, and the RPG pacing keeps things tense without dragging.

Finally found an SNES RPG where the characters actually feel as tough as they look. The chase for the kidnapped lady really pulls you into the world, and leveling up Kenshiro makes those early fights feel more manageable.
