The castle layouts are clever and rewarding to learn, even if the lack of shadowing kept catching me off guard at first. The depth Irem designed into each stage makes exploring feel genuinely satisfying.

The lack of shadows had me cursing at my TV for the first hour, but once I got the hang of the castle’s layout, the level design really shines—there’s just enough depth to keep you guessing without feeling unfair.

The lack of shadowing makes the platforming a bit of a guessing game, but the level design is so well laid out that it quickly becomes part of the fun. I'm really impressed by how much depth Irem packed into this castle.
