Bakuden Unbalanced Zone (全新)

The monks and kimono-clad girls teaming up with Frankenstein is exactly the kind of weird I was hoping for, and the simple look/touch icons kept the flow smooth even when the story got bonkers. Soundtrack’s been stuck in my head for days, and I’m not mad about it.

The on-screen icon system makes navigating this bizarre world surprisingly easy, even with the oddball characters like monks and Frankenstein. The music is delightfully strange and fits the surreal PC Engine adventure perfectly. For anyone who loves weird, obscure titles, this is a hidden gem.

I was surprised how intuitive the icon-based controls are for a game this odd—just point and click to interact with monks or Frankenstein. Runs perfectly on my TurboGrafx CD setup without any glitches.
