Panic Chan (1st Print)

The animation is beautifully crisp for an older OVA, and I love how the Star Trek parody mixes with the slapstick humor. It arrived in great condition and played without any issues on my Saturn.

Bought this on a whim for the anime side of my Saturn collection, and the character designs are exactly the kind of doe-eyed charm I was hoping for. The mix of slapstick with a sci-fi nod keeps it from feeling like just another dating sim, and the print quality on the disc art is crisp.

The Star Trek nod caught me off guard in the best way, and the OVA cutscenes are packed with so much chaotic charm that I kept replaying scenes just to catch the background gags. It’s a delightful slice of retro anime energy that’s aged way better than I expected.
